How Many Filters Do you Have to Purchase in a Year?
How Many Times a Year Does the Filter Need Cleaned?
- Filters should be cleaned every month on regular airborne dust collectors. If they are not well maintained, they become much less effective. In this example we are going to say a new filter is purchased every 6 months. Meaning a filter would be cleaned 10 times a year.
How Many Minutes Does it Take to Change A Filter/ Clean?
What is labor and overhead rate for one hour per stall?
- To calculate hourly cost of a stall, you must first divide total monthly overhead cost by the number of stalls. For example, we are going to use a 10 stall facility with an overhead of 65,000 a month. We will divide 65000 by 10. Then we will divide that number by the amount of working days in a month. And lastly divide by the number of hours in a work day.
